My Standard Double Smoking Room on the 5th floor had a view over Shinobazu park and pond, plus a large bathroom with toiletries. Comfortable king bed, friendly staff who spoke good English. The rooftop piano bar has an incredible view. Lots of sights within walking distance, with Ueno Park close by and plenty of eateries around.”
